About Me: The Story Behind JupiterGoals
Hello, I’m Jupiter, and I’m the engineer and founder behind JupiterGoals.
Since 2008, I’ve been a software engineer, building my career with a foundation in Java and web development. My journey has taken me through global tech hubs like Singapore, Manila, Tokyo, and London, where I’ve had the privilege of leading small, focused teams and engineering solutions across a wide array of domains—from finance and e-commerce to healthcare, advertising, and even inventory forecasting.
It’s been a rewarding career, but recently a question started to consume me: Am I living a life I won’t regret?
We all have monumental goals that linger in our minds—the ambitions that could redefine our health, our skills, our careers. Yet, they often remain distant dreams because the path from here to there is a fog. We lack a system for accountability.
I felt that fog myself. My answer is to do what I do best: build my way out of it.
That’s why I started JupiterGoals. It’s the tool I need—an AI-powered accountability partner designed to systematically deconstruct huge goals into clear, actionable, and frequent tasks.
This blog is the public chronicle of that creation. It’s a journey with three missions:
- To Be a Transparent Blueprint: I’m documenting from architecture to deployment as a resource for fellow engineers and founders.
- To Pioneer AI-First Engineering: The landscape of software is shifting rapidly. A core goal of this project is to learn, leverage, and document how to build highly scalable, cost-efficient AI applications in the modern world. (You can see an early example of this in my post on building a $0 AI-Powered SaaS).
- To Empower Others: I hope this journey inspires you to build your own product or to finally start on that goal you’ve been putting off.
This isn’t just about building an app; it’s about building a system to live a more intentional life. Thank you for joining me on day zero.
